Barrett Miller, a 6-foot-5, 260-pound offensive tackle at Eaglecrest, has committed to play football at Stanford.

The senior announced his decision on Twitter:

"I've always worked very hard on and off the field just for that moment when a school like Stanford might come calling," Miller wrote.

A first-team all-state selection in Class 5A last season, Miller helped Eaglecrest reach the state title game.

The Raptors' expectations remain the same in 2018.

Miller chose Stanford over a host of other offers, including schools like Stanford, UCLA, Washington, Michigan, Nebraska and Oregon. CU and CSU also offered.
