A big win over Cherry Creek ensured that Colorado Academy would once again hold on to the top spot in this week's CHSAANow.com field hockey rankings.
A 2-0 win over the Bruins kept the Mustangs undefeated on the year as they continue their run at a fifth-straight state title.
Kent Denver is firmly in the No. 2 spot, also holding their position from last week.
Palmer Ridge jumped one spot to No. 3 and received a first-place vote in the process.

On the heels of a 5-0 win over Regis Jesuit, Denver East also jumped one spot to land at No. 4.
Cherry Creek rounds out the rankings at No. 5.
The ranking, voted upon by coaches, is the official poll of the Association. Rankings are released each Monday during the season.
