Antonito drops football program for 2016 season

Antonito has officially dropped its football program for the 2016 season because of low numbers.

The school, which plays at the 6-man level, officially notified opponents and the CHSAA office prior to the start of their season. As such, those games will go down as no contests for all opponents, and no forfeits will be awarded, according to CHSAA assistant commissioner Harry Waterman.

As far as the RPI is concerned, Anonito's opponents will not be affected as the formula is an average of winning percentages.
