ThunderRidge girls lacrosse is ranked again for the first time since the March 27 rankings came out.

After dropping out of the poll last week, Centaurus is back in at No. 10.

The top five teams remained the same, with Columbine gaining some ground on Cherry Creek after the Bruins dropped two games last week.

However, Cherry Creek's losses were a double-overtime loss to St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA) and to Loyola Academy, the No. 1 team in Illinois.

Colorado Academy dispatched the same St. Ignatius team that took down the Bruins, but was unable to defeat Loyola Academy. The Mustangs stayed at No. 1.

Palmer Ridge made a jump from No. 8 to No. 6, and Dakota Ridge followed suit into the No. 7 spot after Arapahoe and Regis Jesuit dropped from the rankings.

Kent Denver received two first-place votes, yet stayed at No. 5.

Chaparral dropped to the No. 8 spot after a 2-1 week.

The rankings, voted upon by coaches and select media members, are the official polls of the Association.

During the regular season, polls are announced each Monday.
